  • You agree to use this store, server and content created on these platforms at your own risk.
  • By agreeing to these terms, you are stating that you will not present any lawsuit or legal challenges against the owner, server staff, server its self, or the partners and associates of the server for any reason.
  • The sale of our keys, perks, and other items on this store are final, if you do not like what you got, you are not entitled to additional support or refunds unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to force you to leave this server permanently or temporarily, with no refunds. By agreeing to these terms you understand that we reserve the right to ban any account, at any time, for any reason.
  • Terms and conditions take effect indefinitely when contract is accepted, these terms and conditions remain in effect even after you quit, are banned or leave the server.
  • By accepting these terms, you explicitly agree not to initiate any chargeback via PayPal or your bank. It is understood that such actions may result in legal recourse, including the possibility of a lawsuit in small claims court to recover the charges.

    BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE YOU ARE STATING THAT:

    1. You are authorized to use the credit/debit card or PayPal account.

    2. You are at least 18 years of age, or purchase is being made by a parent/guardian.

    3. You will not charge back or dispute this payment. Please contact staff through the discord if you have issues with your purchase.

    4. You will not abuse your donor perks, items, or crate rewards.

    Failure to meet these requirements, may result in an immediate ban and termination of service with no refund.

    We reserve the right to do the following:
    1. Change the rewards and other perks of any and all items on the store with or without notice.
    2. Change the price of any items on the store with or without notice.

    BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU ACCEPT OUR REFUND POLICY:

    Refund Policy: All donations and purchases on this shop are final and we are unable to provide refunds to those who request them unless stated otherwise **. Any attempt to go around this policy by reversing payment through your bank or PayPal will result in termination of your services, and a ban on CraftingStore which will prevent you from ever being able to purchase anything from any Minecraft server again. You will also not receive a refund if you are banned from the server for violating our server or community rules.

    **You may request a refund if you believe you have not received the items you bought. You must include a receipt. A request does not guarantee a refund.
